Below are the prices for 2012 which we have kept the same from 2011.
We also request a £750 damage deposit which is fully refundable the week following your booking. Subject, of course, to no damage!
In keeping with the surroundings of the property we do request that customers observe a noise reduction starting at 10pm and a noise curfew from 11pm to 8am.

Availability Calendar
Our Booking Procedure
Step 1. Contact me (Nick) using the contact form or by telephone (07801 709 287). I can then update you on availability & answer any questions you may have. After that you can send me an email confirming that you would like to stay at the house and this will allow me to set aside the provisional dates for your stay.
Step 2. You will then be sent 2 booking forms covering all aspects of the booking including our terms & conditions.
Step 3. Once the forms have been signed and returned and any funds paid (either by bank transfer or cheque) I will contact you via email with confirmation of your booking.
Step 4. You come to the house, have a fabulous time and start making plans for your return!
