Belmont House is a five bedroom Georgian house that can accommodate up to 10 people in comfort. Despite its age its looks as good as it did the day it was built with an interior providing an eloquent balance between modern simplicity and traditional furnishings. The house can be heated by central heating or wood fire and has an open fire in the main living area.

Feel at home...
This large country house for hire is the epitome of a fine English country house, and just because you are in the country does not mean you need do without the essentials of modern life. There is a computer and high speed wireless broadband available to guests and of course a set of cordless phones so that you can contact all your friends and tell them what a fabulous time you are having!

Eat well...
An essential component of any self catering holidays in Hampshire is of course is a well designed kitchen. Belmont House comes complete with a high specification electric oven, granite surfaces and a dishwasher. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and seats ten people. This is the perfect setting for a large family gathering and while the chef is cooking up a storm they can still join in on the conversation!

        

Put your feet up...
The living/sitting room has one 3-seater sofa and 5 comfy chairs, great for kicking back and relaxing in front of the TV, or perhaps snuggling up to read a book in front of the cracking log fire.

Take a break...
Should you wish to do some laundry during your stay (boo-hiss!) there is a washing machine & dryer available. Egyptian cotton linen is provided throughout and don’t worry, we will take care of that once your stay is at an end.

Drift away...
Both bathrooms have power showers and the upstairs bathroom also has a bath, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day of doing nothing!

Belmont House has 5 bedrooms each with a double bed. All of the double bedrooms have been individually themed and the soft furnishings throughout are from Designers Guild. There is also an optional cot room.

Take a stroll, reach for the sky...
In addition to the house you also have a four acre paddock to frolic in along with a large outdoor trampoline.

There is ample parking to the side of the house & at the end of the garden. Unfortunately we do not have the facilities for the disabled and do not allow pets or smoking in the house.
